You may recall a series of posts I did last year, regarding little-known events in Santa Cruz history. When I say “events” I mean things that may not technically actually have occurred, in so-called real life. While in a fit of “I should really be working on something else, so let’s do this instead…” I worked those posts up into a book-type thing, and had a half-hearted attempt at finding it a home in a cruel publishing world.
No takers. Dimwits.
Or at least not yet. But in the meantime I thought what the heck, why not share it with you guys, as a thank you for being here. I genuinely do appreciate it.
A link to download the 100-page PDF is below. I hope you enjoy it. Feel free to share it around if you wish, and punt it out into the world with gay abandon — though it’d be cool if you did so with a suggestion that the recipient come join this Stack.
And hey, if you’re a publisher and interested, let’s talk.
And a reminder that should you want to hear more stuff made up about Santa Cruz, I wrote a zany novel set here… Hannah Greene and Her Unfeasibly Mundane Existence
Nice! If anyone wants to read this on an iPad, I recommend the GoodReader app.
That novel was AWESOME.
