Insofar as I allow myself to think this way, I guess this is a “classic”. While it didn’t win any awards it’s been reprinted a lot, and it’s one of the ones where I feel I did kinda land it. You may disagree. The story has been intermittently under option but always in active development for either movie or TV… since before my son was born. He’s a freshman at college now. That’s the business for you. If instant gratification is your jam, consider a career in watching paint dry instead.
