I think because we evolved to be social creatures that are safer in tribal groups, the psychological fear of being alone and vulnerable is a difficult one to overcome. Of course, we’re hardwired to fear death and if we knew our own death date we’d go mad with fear as we got closer.

Seeing as Time is a human construct, how do we solve this problem?

For me personally, it involves using our own mind, spiritual awareness and life experience to let go of that fear. It can be done.

Love these. Did I tell you about the idea that Christa had, which I picked up and ran with, likening people's interactions online to that of The Invisible Man? Like how everyone feels empowered by invisibility? And wants to put the world right? And just winds up being an asshole? Anyway.

Blogged it a while ago. It's a little dated, as things have gotten so much worse, but it still works, I think. Interested in your thoughts. https://mariaalexander.net/2017/08/09/lets-talk-about-our-monocaine-addiction/
