There seems to be a couple of places online. One of which asks for a payment for the collection and then a yearly hosting fee...
I’ll be glad to make you a copy of what I have. It’s 4.63 GB. I can put it on disk or a usb drive and send it over. Unless you know of a better way to do it. Maybe put it on one of the file sharing sites? Haven’t used them in ages. There are pdf files and (for some unknown mysterious reason) djvu files which my Mac is refusing to recognize at the moment. I did look it up and there is software in the App Store for reading those. Also you will have to use Google translate camera feature or some other form of modern magic to read it as it is in Russian, or you can “read it” as a grown up picture book, I find illustrations in it fascinating. Is DropBox what people use for this kind of thing? I feel like I am twenty years behind the curve.
Neanderthal reporting here. So apparently, if I try to send a large attachment but under 5GB, my Mail will automatically assume “things,” do a MailDrop thing and use iCloud to process said message. Would you like me to try sending it to the email you used in your substack subscription?
Learning new things is exhilarating but also quite embarrassing sometimes. Of course, if I didn’t narrate my every move, it might have been less embarrassing.
Love this! “Swine management”; “Ministry of Mimes” and drive by confessions. And the images lend an oppressive atmosphere. Not a place anyone would care to visit!
Leaving The City as I write this. Foggy, with a slight chance of periodic sunshine. We made it as far as Pescadero b4 turning back to Pacifica. Ate at Duartes. Loved it. Beach Chalet on the tip of GOLDEN Gate Park, also lovely. Walked up to Coit Tower
I literally laughed out loud when I read “accidentally uploaded the entire dictionary”. I read on your bio that The Straw Men is currently in development?? Like, on film in some fashion? Take. My. Money!
Very realistic. You haven’t by any chance lived in Moscow in the 80’s?
Ha :-) No, but did visit there in the late 1970s.
Have you heard of a Soviet satirical magazine called “Krokodil”. Would love to share it with you. Think you might enjoy a stroll through the pages.
I have not! Is it online?

I should go figure it out. Is there an Apple thing that allows one to share large files? Just call me a Neanderthal.

How about it? Should I give it a go?
Aha. Am on vacation at the moment - getting home tomorrow. Will ping you when back and figure it out - thank you for the offer!

You may find yourself there in your dreams ;-) And thank you.
Too true!

Development on it is slow, but we have a pilot script and good producers and are pushing ahead... cross your fingers for it!
